Reframing pelvic floor care from a hidden, reactive issue into an everyday ritual of prevention, awareness and confidence, helping women start earlier, before symptoms define the journey.
60% of women have at least one symptom of pelvic floor health and 24% of women have not done pelvic floor exercises, and this number rises to 29% in women aged 18-34.
Existing solutions are often inaccessible, invasive, expensive and overly clinical.
They are mainly designed for women who are already experiencing symptoms, leaving limited support for those who want to understand their bodies earlier.

Aurea is a non-invasive health awareness system, made up of four wearable biosensors, two attachment methods, a charging case and a guided mobile app.
Aurea disrupts a pelvic floor market built around symptom apps and invasive clinical tools women usually need only after something has gone wrong.
01
Coordinated breathing movements help release unnecessary pelvic floor tension, support muscle control and distributes intra-abdominal pressure more evenly.
02
Reduced localised strain on the pelvic floor will help improve pelvic floor function and support the prevention or management of urinary or faecal incontinence.

Focuses on expanding the abdomen instead of the chest, helping improve coordination between the diaphragm, core and the pelvic floor for better pressure management with the body.

Focuses on expanding the ribcage in all directions to support core stability, release tension and improve pressure management in the core and pelvic floor.

Aurea uses computational augmentation supported by IMU sensor data. Each biosensor contains an accelerometer and gyroscope to detect subtle movement, orientation and expansion across the chest, abdomen or lower ribs during the guided breathing sessions.
The heart of the Aurea experience, the app guides users through two breathing exercises and translates sensor data into simple, encouraging summaries that help women recognise patterns in breathing, body awareness and internal pressure management.

The Link Between Women and Experts
Helps users build a regular pelvic health ritual through personalised plans, check-ins, summaries, education, reminders and professional support recommendations.
Building a Community
Aurea Connect provides a safe community space for anonymous questions, shared experiences and support, turning pelvic health into a more guided and holistic ritual.
