Bloom
Bloom is a social enterprise and digital support platform designed to help women transition back to work after maternity leave. It combines well-being support, practical workplace tools, and community connection to help women feel more confident and supported throughout the return-to-work transition. Through features such as mindfulness tools, scheduling support, and an AI chatbot, Bloom aims to reduce feelings of stress and isolation while promoting healthier and more inclusive workplace cultures.
