Pure Bloom

Introduction

The skincare industry today generates millions of units of waste, while many users remain unclear about product differences and their own preferences. This is particularly evident among users concerned with ageing, where preventative care often begins in the early twenties, yet guidance on what should be considered before selecting products remains limited.

Pure Bloom aims to address this gap by helping users better understand their daily lifestyle and environmental conditions. By translating this information into personalised insights, the service supports more rational and informed product selection. In addition, Pure Bloom offers a subscription model that provides products in appropriate monthly quantities, reducing overconsumption and waste. At the same time, it encourages more thoughtful and balanced decision-making in skincare routines.

Development

The project primarily focuses on enhancing three core aspects: confidence in skincare product selection, long-term habit retention, and the ability to efficiently interpret and process information.

I conducted UI design work ranging from low- to high-fidelity prototyping, along with practical testing focused on features and trigger mechanisms that support daily habit tracking and user retention.
