Conversation Pit is a contemporary luxury print collection exploring decorative domesticity, performative femininity and the invisible structures that shape women’s roles within the home. Inspired by 1960s and 1970s interiors, hosting culture and curated domestic environments, the project translates architectural space, glamour and ritual into immersive fashion print and surface design.
Combining hand-rendered and digital processes, the collection balances painterly spontaneity with structured repetition through screen printing, devoré and layered geometric composition. Saturated colour, tactile materials and interior-inspired motifs are used to explore the tension between leisure, visibility and concealed labour, reimagining domestic space as something worn, embodied and continually performed.
