This is my ‘Growing Down’ project which explored the loss of childhood innocence, through hyperrealistic drawings of nostalgic toys and objects, paired with adult themes, creating unsettling yet familiar imagery that reflects my interest in the tension between childhood comfort and growing up

In my recent project, I worked with childhood figures and toys as if they were scientific specimens, re-presenting them through processes of dissection, classification, and display. By fragmenting and archiving familiar objects, I explore ideas of innocence, memory, and the unsettling shift between play and objectification.
