CAIR is an all-in-one overnight cabin environment system designed specifically for sleeping in cars.
It mounts into a partially open window and actively manages air quality, humidity, and temperature, providing safe airflow, reducing condensation, and improving comfort without leaving windows fully open, running the engine, or sacrificing privacy or security.
DESIGNED FOR MANUFACTURE
CAIR was designed with manufacturability & repairability in mind through simplified internal packaging, efficient component integration, and injection-mouldable housing geometry to support streamlined assembly and scalable production.

Designed & surface modelled a hatchet in SolidWorks using G0, G1 & G3 continuity.

First place awarded novel packaging design for a whiskey bottle including a functional embellishment & carton.

Smart tupperware solution to food waste.
Interned at SharkNinja as a Product Design Engineer for 13 months within the Motorised Advanced Development team, working alongside highly experienced designers.
I have an Etsy website where I market products that I design and produce myself.
Designed packaging for a luxury spirit bottle concept for Signet Branding as part of a module competition, won first prize and represented and walked with the design team at the 2023 London Packaging Festival.
Interned at Tom Dixon for 1 month designing prototypes alongside a team of expert designers for Tom Dixon’s 2024 campaign.
