Other Work & Experience

Design for Impact: NoiDeer

NoiDeer was originally a group project that is now being explored as a commercial venture alongside fellow students; developing a roadside warning post with built-in infrared sensors and LED warning lights to alert drivers of wildlife in the roadside.

We aim to shift the perception of drivers to be more attentive to wildlife crossing the road at unexpected times, reducing collisions on country lanes in the UK.

12 Month Internship – Kohler Mira

During my 12-month internship, I worked as part of an in-house industrial design team on a range of projects, working on early concept development through to final stages. Through this work, I gained experience in designing for commercial briefs with real-world constraints and a user-centric focus. I also gained valuable experience on working cross-functionally within a business, and presenting work to senior business stakeholders.
