“La Geografia Del Buio” or “The Geography Of Darkness” in English is an Italian album by Michele Bravi, exploring themes of mental health and darkness.
Michele emphasises that this album is not about escaping the darkness, but learning to coexist with it.

The artist describes deep pain as a windowless house, completely dark, furniture displaced, all sense of direction lost.
Inspired by K-pop albums’ multidimensionality and intentional storytelling, I imbued Michele Bravi’s experience into the CD packaging design, where the audience quite literally unpacks the house, navigating through the darkness until they reach a timeless, safe place at the innermost part of the packaging, where the CD is stored in a central pocket and the song lyrics are revealed.
