Of the 7,000 languages spoken worldwide, 40% are at risk of extinction, and 98% are digitally disadvantaged. When languages are excluded online, it’s not just the words that disappear, but the knowledge, culture, and worldviews they carry.
Monotype and Penguin Random House present Axis for Access, an open-source type system that reconnects language to land, generating a custom typeface for every linguistic coordinate. The campaign empowers people to reclaim access for indigenous languages in the digital space.

Pearlfisher Fresh Pearls 2026

PROBLEM: How can we turn fleeting interactions into meaningful connections? Interactions in the workplace often feel superficial and transactional. Despite sharing the same space, people rarely move beyond polite exchanges or work-related conversation.
INSIGHT: 60% of Gen Z employees wish they were closer with their colleagues. People don’t lack the desire to connect, they lack the time, space, and context to do so. Opportunities for meaningful conversation are often lost within the routines, expectations, and pressures of corporate workplace culture.
What if… there was a designated time and space to step away from the desk and get to know the people we spend most of our days around? Presenting, Good Company, a social dining concept that creates space for workplace small talk to grow into something deeper. Through a series of bi-weekly lunch events, Good Company brings people together around shared meals outside the workplace.
