I am a practical designer who enjoys developing ideas through making, testing, and refinement. I value understanding users and using iterative development to create thoughtful products that are functional and achievable.

ALIGN

A wearable system designed to reduce exposure to high-risk postures during overhead work.

DESIGNED FOR ASSEMBLY

Developed with commercial manufacture in mind through material selection, simplified housing geometry, and compact electronic integration.

DEVELOPMENT

01 – Electronics Integration
Electronics were transferred from breadboard to perfboard
02 – Circuit Refinement
Component layout and solder routing were refined to minimise board footprint
03 – Wearable Prototype Validation
The assembled prototype was worn and tested to evaluate physical integration
04 – User Testing
The prototype was evaluated in a simulated work environment

STAGES OF USE

OTHER PROJECTS

Injection Moulding & Tool Design
A project exploring the design and manufacture of an injection moulded product through CAD development, tooling considerations, and physical production methods.
Mechatronics – Group Project
Designed and developed a remotely controlled robotic platform capable of navigating obstacles and extinguishing flames. The final concept combined a six-wheel drive system with a pan-and-tilt aiming mechanism, using a fan-based extinguishing method.
SmartScaleAI Assisted Nutrition Support
A connected kitchen scale designed to support food awareness through intelligent sensing and guided interaction.
