Omni is a specialist chest-mounted device that combines high-quality video recording and crash detection into one durable, mountain-ready system. It automatically alerts ski patrol to your exact location if something goes wrong. The chest mount seamlessly attaches to your jacket, eliminating the need for a chest harness. This allows skiers to move more comfortably and freely compared to traditional chest mounts.

What is the Problem?

For recreational skiers, advanced safety gear such as avalanche backpacks are seen as kit for the pros, not something a casual mountain-goer needs. While ski patrol are experts at reaching those in need, the biggest delay is simply making contact and pinpointing a location. In an emergency, every second counts, and that lost time can turn an already serious situation into a critical one. Omni fills that gap.

FSW Design set a brief to design a product that is inherently desirable through a considered form, with effective colour, material finish choices.

Today with so many people working hybrid jobs, central enables people to transition quickly and seamlessy between working in the office and at home. Throughout the day, Central allows users to easily view and manage their Microsoft teams calls, helping their remote working experience run more smoothly.
