“I often think that the night is more alive and more richly coloured than the day.”
Vincent Van Gogh

My Mind in the Day vs After Dark

Through these mixed media works, I offer a glimpse into my warped reality
under the weight of exhaustion. A landscape shaped by fatigue and the
strange clarity that comes only in the hours when sleep doesn’t come.
My practice has aligned with a broader artistic use of repetition to visualise psychological states and embodied time. Over time the forms have evolved into a symbolic vocabulary, revealing how the natural world offered me a sense of grounding when my internal world felt unstable.

“Find things beautiful as much as you can, most people find too little beautiful.”
Vincent Van Gogh
