I am an ambitious print designer, with a love of the illustrative look. My work revolves around making everything by hand, which brings whimsy and fun into my pieces.

Theatrical Heritage
Theatrical heritage is a collection based on the Indonesian folktale, ‘The Legend of Lutung Kasarung’, where I designed for three key characters – the Heroine, the Hero and the Villainess. Each character has a different approach of techniques. With links to the folktale’s and my own Indonesian heritage, this collections involves the process of batik and ikat but also, hand painting and screen printing. Some designs were inspired by the iconography of classic batik motifs, carvings of beautiful Indonesian masks and intricate wayangs.
This collection was designed with the intent of it being worn on a stage, thus, the prints must go big for the audience to see.
The Villainess, Purbararang: Multi-layer screen print – lightweight cotton
