Exploring light, depth and perception through layered printmaking on transparent acrylic. Suspended in space, forms emerge, overlap and dissolve, shifting with light, movement and the viewer's presence.

About the Work

Rooted in the materiality of print and transparency, this work explores light as an active material, one that passes through surfaces, accumulates in layers and transforms the way we perceive form and space. Working with screen printing on transparent acrylic, the compositions are built in a way that transparency is not an aesthetic choice but a structural one: the image only fully exists through superposition and accumulation. Gesture and unpredictability are central to the process. The repetitive nature of printmaking leaves visible traces on each surface, creating a rhythm between control and chance. The works exist both individually and collectively, forming spatial relationships that shift with light, movement and viewpoint, generating compositions that are never fully fixed.
