This project was inspired by my passion for vehicle design with a specific interest in military specification, with the development of the tank from what it began as, to the role it now holds. Throughout this project I have explored the birth of tank design with the first prototypes like the Little Willie and Mother, all the way to the modern battle tanks with the Challenger 2 and T-90M. My designs intend to incorporate aspects of those designs in a way that allows for them to be imagined on a human, however with the question as to whether such an exploration is a step too far into a world where humanity is left behind and the mechanical elements take priority.
What lead to the creation of the latest designs? Inspired by the research I did of specific components of tanks.

This was my first attempt at physically making one of the ideas into an actual wearable outfit. I used foamboard and fabric primarily, these two materials were replaced to get a more visually cohesive design.
I implemented electronics to add a new layer to my outfits beyond what was previously possible with the static outfits above, with the implementation of interactivity allowing for a wider discussion on the impact we all have towards this issue and its potential solutions.
